Funny coincidence, was watching Trainspotting last nigth. Renton’s monologue has a funny resonance with this girl’s words. If you put ‘Icelandic’ instead of ‘Scottish’ it applies almost completely, right down to the colonialist English, what with the IceSave fiasco and all:
